Hi all,
I’m not sure wether this is an off-topic discussion, but it’s strictly related to accessibility and app development, so I thought I’d post it here given that I have no idea on how to get support for this problem.
I’ve developed an iOS app and I’d like to start testing it using testflight. Not without problems, I’ve managed to do each step until choosing the build to test. In fact, I am not able to complete that step due to the accessibility issues of that iTunes connect page. In particular, I am not able to answer questions about cryptography usage in my app. I see different couples of yes/no radio buttons, but I cannot understand to which question they relate to. In addition to this, I am not able to change the selection: i.e. if for a question is selected the “yes” button, I am not able to select the “No” button.
Is there any workaround that I could use? I’ve tried a number of OS/browser/screen reader combinations but the result is always the same. Of course I do already have an Encryption Registration Number which in my case should be sufficient.
I’ve also tried the iTunes Connect iOS app, which is much much more accessible than its web counterpart, but unfortunately it misses a lot of features including the ability to manage app builds.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Vincenzo Rubano.
