Hi everyone!
Jumping in since I’m the one beta testing Ortwin’s iMessage app with VoiceOver. Am 10.10.2016 um 23:10 schrieb Clare Kasemset < email@hidden>:

When testing my iMessage app with VoiceOver, I found there's no standard VO announcement when an MSMessage is inserted into the current message.
In no-code sticker pack apps, there's a standard label "Double tap to insert into current message…". I'd like to use this label in all localizations of my app but I fail to find the localizations of this string. Specifically, it's not part of the generated sticker pack app. Also, it looks like it's not in the Simulator .axbundle's but only on the device.
Can you provide the localizations for this particular string? This would be useful in order to maintain consistency across apps.
Can you provide more details on what you are trying to do?
When you bring an iMessage sticker pack to the foreground and touch a sticker, VoiceOver gives an AccessibilityHint „Double tap to insert into message. Double tap and hold, then drag up to attach to an existing message.“ or similar. Te first part of that would essentially apply to any iMessage item by any app that can be attached to an iMessage. However, except for stickers, VoiceOver currently doesn’t speak hints for other items. So having the first part of that item’s AccessibilityHint would be very useful across the board, while only the second sentence is really sticker-specific.
Does this clarify things?
Marco
