I included this in the metrics I tracked for King of Dragon Pass. Several years ago <http://kingofdragonpass.blogspot.com/2013/06/player-data.html> it was 7.3% of our players. I think it’s been around that other times I’ve checked.
I don’t think that means 7% of all iOS users run VoiceOver; we’re one of the few Accessible games so KoDP might get a slightly larger share.
