Custom Rotor

Hi all,

is there any way that I can use an uiaccessibilitycustomrotor as a selector
tool for quick access to an application settings option? There's rotors
that behave like the custom one that I wanna implement (like Volume or
Idiom built-in options), but I didn't figure out yet how to code such type
of rotors.
