MapKit Accessibility inconsistencies

Hey Folks,

Here is the scenario. We have MapView (MapKit). Voice over is on. If you set
the mapType to satelliteFlyover or hybridFlyover neither zooming nor
annotations (nor even places on map: cities, villages,…) are working. If you
have satellite or hybrid mapType, zooming is working, but annotations (or
places) not. For standard map type, everything works fine.

Is this a known problem, or am I doing something wrong?
