- Thread-topic: VoiceOver and Canvas in Xcode
Hi.
I figured out what to do here to accomplish my goal. Again I wanted a quick
way to find all the UI objects, build them and explore them with VoiceOver.
I can quickly do this by pressing cmd+shift+l to bring up the library, pick the
objects from a list and add them to my code. This works well enough for many of
the objects I want.

Subject: VoiceOver and Canvas in Xcode
Hello,
I have now built a few test apps with VoiceOver and Xcode but have a question
related to the canvas. In short does VoiceOver work with this at all?
So far I’m not finding this area. I’m finding the preview of my app, which is
nice, but Xcode documentation talks about being able to drag/drop objects from
an object navigator to the canvas.
I fully understand I can use the source code editor, add objects there and run
my app to experience the UI components. But I was also hoping to be able to at
least pick UI objects from a list, place them on a canvas and then view/refine
in the source code editor. I’m more interested in exploring the individual UI
components at this point versus building a full app and the method I’m wanting
to do seems like a fast way to get a sense of the different UI elements.
