Out of memory

Dear list,

Could somebody explain me why I got next message right after my script
finishes "The folder action extension has run out of memory during the
execution of an script". I got the same script as a drop application and
it's working just fine w/o any troubles.
Finder got 38 Mb of free memory. Any ideas?

Ah, almost forgot:
System MacOs 8.6 on Power Center Pro 210.
AppleScript B1-1.3.4
