For simple dynamic websites, you probably can't beat FileMaker Pro with Web
Companion. In addition, Apple has guidebook modules on writing CGI's in
AppleScript on its AppleScript website. You can also try UserLand Frontier
(free versions are still available), but that has a steep a learning curve.
