Hello :-)
It's easy to make the mac read a message :
say "it's a message"
But how to make it call my cellular phone and to read me this
message through the phone connection and not through the loudspeaker
of the mac ?

Hi Lionel,
I'm working on a project with the same challenge. My research has led
me to utilize (not yet, though) speakerphone modems and telephony
software. Such software is capable of sending and receiving audible
data through the modem during voice calls. If you, or anyone on the
list, has or had success with writing an AppleScript for achieving
such a purpose, I'd love to hear from you.
