Somewhere in the rules as I initially read them was the statement that one
can't (or couldn't then) set up an FTP server under iTools.
Since one can serve most files via HTTP (and use Anarchy/Interarchy rather
than a browser to retrieve them if desired) that doesn't seem like a huge
restriction.
