Tanks in advance.
I never heard of OS 8.6.4. What is it? What do you mean by "menu bar"? It
should just be a little strip in the left bottom corner of the front window
with the name of the running application you chose. Clicking on it brings up
a 3-item pop-up unless your window is at the very bottom of he screen. What
application are you trying to "tell"?
Otherwise, you might somehow be missing one of the Class scripts. 1.7.5
would make no difference since it is merely an upgrade from 1.7.2. You'd
have to trash the Smile you have, download a new 1.7.2 and upgrade to 1.7.5
again. It all sounds quite unlikely, but anything's possible, I guess. If
you're still stuck write to Emmanuel Levy at email@hidden
