I know FaceSpan doesn't have this problem, because the windows aren't
always dialogs. If there's a workaround for Dialog Director - I didn't
find it during my short and unpleasant DD experience.
Facespan may cost money, but not much if you consider the time
and hair pulling you can save yourself...
