That "yellow box" isn't a dialog - it's a notification, which is a lot
different.
What you want is a scripting addition that lets you create notifications.
AFAIK, Dialog Director won't do that (yet?). I believe there are other
scripting additions that will do it; but I can't remember the names
off-hand. Maybe someone else will chime in...
