I do now (in Smile). The technique (it's only a few lines) is spelled out in
the SaveAsDroplet handler (which is really a "SaveAsDropletOrApplet"
handler) in the Script Window class script in Smile. It uses the PutResource
command of the Satimage osax which ships with Smile. It's very handy, and
easy.
