toggle FMP to OE

I am sure this is an easy thing to do but I have a brain cramp...
I am trying to set a script to be called by a button in FMP 5 which will
take the user from FMP to Outlook Express. This is to be used after
information is taken from OE parsed in BBEdit and imported into FMP. I know
this is easily accomplished by the <command-tab> combo until the program you
want is made the front but I would like to automate it if possible.
