Apple lists "protecting" them. Fagh!
Except in court, there's little Apple can do about that (unless Google
subscribed openly and Apple let them, or Apple finds out what name on the
list is the gatherer of the messages).
Possibly that compilation copyright will come in handy. The earliest
messages are from March 5 of this year.
