As with many Apple applications, Apple do not support their own technology n
iTunes. It is the more remarkable for iTunes, because they actually had to
do positive work to remove the scripting dictionary! (inside the delightful
user interface of iTunes lies a commercial mp3 application, the scripting
from this "pro" app is available, just not displayed in the dictionary).
So ... iTunes will execute scripts, it just does not show you what commands
it will accept.
