It is. But Script Editor truncates the list when it displays the dictionary.
Other script editors mangle the list in one way or another, too.
You need to use ResEdit or a similar utility to see all the Path To
constants. There are about a dozen that don't appear in the dictionary.
I noticed this this morning as I was looking to see why I couldn't
get the path to "Scripting Additions" - of course, I could, but for a
few grammatical errors. However, I did notice that the dictionary
curtailed the list of paths with only "--" to suggest that there was
more. As the dictionary is the principle means of discovering how to
interact with an application it seems bloody minded to restrict the
display of the available information.
Why aren't the full details displayed?
