it is very easy to login to each client in turn, upload the changed software
and log out. This is all tcp/ip based now, and so can push software across
the world. The keychain really helps too.
get started by turning on recording in the script editor then just go and do
what you want once. The resulting finder script will be pretty close to what
you want to put inside a repeat loop.
The solution using interarchy would be expensive (this program costs $30 a
copy or something, and would not work unless you opened your clients up to
ftp.
