You need to find the resulting url. Click the radio button in the site and
click "Okay" or "Submit". After this, you will have a url in the text field of
your browser. You can post this url, using URL Access. As far as I know, URL
Access cannot submit the forms themselves. You need to specify everything in
the url, which is interpreted by e.g. the cgi script.
