I asked a similar question recently. (Thanks to all who replied.) There are
now two scripts posted on the web site below. One is just for changing the
TCP/IP configuration (which I wrote), and the other shows you a different
approach and also how to change the Remote Access Configuration, which you
need to do if you are changing between Internet dialups. (This latter script
was written by Greg Meece.)

Just click on the Shareware and Freeware button.
