Here are a few hints to help perform what you ask, using the standard
AppleScript software.
All the commands you need are included in the "Standard Additions"
Scripting Addition. So, you may consider opening its dictionary.
- opening and reading a text file: sounds like a job for "read".
- executing it: sounds like a job for "run script" (maybe the dictionary is
unclear about it, but you can "run script" a string). "run script" will of
course return the execution result.
- creating a file: the "write" command of the Standard Additions will
create a file if you give it as the file parameter a reference obtained as
the result of "new file" aka "choose file name" (Standard Additions).
