Hi,
When I execute: open for access "Macintosh HD:this is a textfile"
I get an error (translated from french): Impossible to make "Macintosh
HD:this is a textfile" an item.
I don't understand. I am using AppleScript version 1.3.7 and MacOS 8.6.
Can you also send directly a file reference to the command: run script
"Macintosh HD:this is a textfile". I am not able, I get also an error
message.
