I have just looked at the dictionary for Outlook 2001. There are only two
commands you can do. One to create a mail message. The other is GetUrl,
which probably handles the mailto: url. It looks like you are out of luck.

Outlook 2001 is not based on Outlook Express or Entourage. I also heard that
it wasn't even written by Microsoft's Mac team that wrote Office.
