Yes, that worked.

Unfortunately, it opens all the files at once.

The full scrip opens the file, resizes it, and saves it. Opening all the
files at once can cause Graphic Converter to run out of memory, so I need
to open, process, save, and close each file one at a time. That's why I
scripted it the way I did.

I guess that wouldn't be a problem with the carbonized version, running
natively under OS X, though.
