(PDF Printer is not from Adobe BTW)
Oops. My mixup, my bad. It was PDF Writer that I was thinking of then (my
apologies to PDF Printer).
The artwork in question was vector tho. It showed the sort of
flat-diagonal-flat jagged curves I've also seen in QuickDraw-based vector
art that has been put out to postscript files. Though like I say, I wasn't
able to test the theory so I can't be sure that it was PDF Writer causing
the problem. (But the only difference I knew of between that and previous
artwork was that this stuff had been done using Writer, not Distiller, and
what the manual said made me suspicious.) Pretty sure the Writer's not
recommended for use on complex stuff - but no idea about PDF Printer,
obviously.
Thanks for putting me right,
