A Scripting Addition's dictionary is contained in the addition itself (just
as an application's dictionary is contained within the application). In
Smile (as with SE) you can access this via "Open Dictionary..." in the File
menu, or by dragging and dropping the addition/application onto the editor.

Actually, Smile allows you to get dictionaries in a number of convenient
ways. One of my favorites is to have an alias to the Scripting Additions
folder in Smile's "User Scripts" folder, letting me access them from
Smile's script menu. Another - for getting the dictionary of a running app
really easily - is to hold down the Option key while choosing "Open
Dictionary..." in the File menu.
