One possible problem, is that I'm using system 7.5.5. My father however has

Any hints as to where to search and for what would be greatly appreciated.
In your "File++" script, put the information you want to transfer into a
property. In the script where you need the information do a "load
script" with the application file of "File++" as its object. If you
refer to the property's name in the resulting script object you'll have
your information.
