Even worse, Apple could make changes any time which would break everything
I said. And since they've been saying for a decade--probably more for
seeded Developers--that one should not rely on the internals, I wouldn't
complain. Nor will I be the one writing the OSAX I put forth.

The existing record behavior needs to remain [old scripts] (I'm not sure
that the "small" change of moving everything into "usrf" meets that);
something new needs to be added. Your approach is better than hacking the
existing records.

I won't be around in 50 years, either...nor will any of my scripts. You
should consider export to/import from XML (which is text that is widely
understood and still gaining following) as an add-on, I think.
