Running AppleScript with cron when not logged in?

Hello!

I want to run an AppleScript that makes a copy of a folder every morning. So I setup the crontab to run the script
45 5 * * * /usr/bin/open "/Users/admin/bin/Backup V3"
But this does not work. :-(
If I run this script from a ssh session I get this error:

[cundeserv:~/bin] admin% /usr/bin/open "/Users/admin/bin/Backup V3"
kCGErrorFailure : initCGDisplayState: No display interlock
Bus error

So looks to me that I can not run a script when I4m not the owner of the display :-(

Any workarounds?

Bye,
Christoph
