I just dropped them a note pointing this out.

When I clicked on their reference, I first thought I'd screwed the
lawyer's pooch and Apple had pulled it- but no. After the usual fear and
loathing of the work day cleared, it struck me- the more scripters who
can get up to speed with this tool the better- Apple wants the docs
there and has in place a distribution scheme that will unfold shortly.
