Disappearing Script menu

I have upgraded to OSX want to begin using scripts. I dragged ScriptMenu.menu to
my menu bar at the top of the screen and hey-presto the Script Menu appeared. It
has alas, now disappeared on reboot. Can anyone give me pointers on where it
should be residng, amongst the unix usr/library structures, so that I can check
that is there or not there and I can physically put where it should be rather
than relying on drop and drag?
