I tried it with Interarchy's traffic watching turned on,
and saw that yes, URL Access Scripting sends the user name
"anonymous" and the user's e-mail address as password when
you tell it

download "ftp://server.com/x.doc"; as file "Disk:path"

I also found that the "ftp:" part is case sensitive.
You'd think this were Unix, not Mac OS 9.1.
