Well, the full SDK is on the CD...

It works OK for me with AI 10. With 9.0.2, I found that text outside the
area filled by other elements disappeared or was cropped. (I was using a
pretty simple sample, though.)

The good news is that, with 10, the plug-in is part of the standard install.
It even has a Scripts menu (OK, submenu).
