I'm probably missing something here but, whether I give WhatRoute a valid or
invalid IP address to ping, it always returns "0" (the Dictionary states it
returns an empty string). Indeed, it returns the result as soon as the ping
test starts, and before it is completed.

Is there anything out there that will return a "valid" or "invalid" code,
depending on whether the IP address is pingable or not?
