AppleScript can do it for you, but IE, itself, too.
If you entered "www.nytimes.com", you can choose "Subscribe" in the
"Favorites" menu, then "Customize...", then "Offline" lap. You can check
"Download site for offline browsing" with "download links" to five levels.
(and "Schedule" it to check the page every day or every minute).
