Listening/watching to TCP/IP

Hallo,

I would like to listen to TCP/IP activities. (for counting
dowloaded/uploaded bytes, where I was on the Internet etc)

I guess I need some OSAX. "TCP/IP Scripting Addition" is not exactly, what
I am looking for. I dont wont to open some TCP/IP streams, I just want
listen to them.
