OSA Menu conflict?

OSA menu seems to have died for me. I have 8.6 installed on 2 machines. I've
tried changing the preference, and deleting preferences. None of the scripts
do anything when triggered. The OSA Menu exists, and will open scripts if
the menu item is selected with the option key down. But run a script? It
doesn't happen.

Any suggestions?
