Using apple script is there a way to use the command, emptyTrash, to permenatly delete locked folders or files, the following scripts don't seem to work;

tell application "Finder" to empty the trash
tell application "Finder" to empty trash

I know that AppleScript editor lets the user record the procedure to open the Trash icon and remove the locked feature of a specific file, but I want to be able to delete all the files in the Trash.
