OE and Internet Preferences

I4m using
SetICPreference
to change Internet Preferences, and it4s OK. I can configure my e-amil,
web and news information.

Problem is when i open Outlook Express, I can4t use that information,
it4s in anywhere.

Can somebody help me? I4m a new user of AppleScript.
