Quark 4.11 and POCE message

This is tangentially an AppleScript question, for those of you
that call Quark XPress 4.11 to activate/launch. I have tried for
some time to set the XTension preferences of Quark to be such that
when it launches, I will NOT get the following message:
"The Quark POCE XTensions requires the Pantone Responder and
ColorSync 2.0 or later. POCE will not be available. [10005]"
...and this message sits there waiting for the user to click the
OK button.
Has anyone on the board found a way via AppleScript to either
set Quark to way of launching and NOT displaying this message, or
to click through the message automatically?
