Can you be clearer about what it is you wish to hide, Braulio.

Do you want to make it so that the name of your Applet does not appear in
the application menu while it is running (in which case, Jean-Marie's
solution may work for you, although it's a tad brutish) or do you want to
hide the File Copying dialog that displays the status of the copying process
(in which case, I think you're out of luck... unless you hide the Finder
itself)?
