Yea, we all know that Sal has so much free time on his hands. Between
AppleScript and 9.1 and OS X scripting and the prep work he does for Steve's
keynotes and the work on his own presentations and everything else he's
going to drop everything to tell someone in another department running a
free service that a tiny number of customers are complaining.

AppleScript or our problems.
Actually Chuq is a person. Perhaps he's overstressed, perhaps not, but he
is an actual person.
As to if he gives a damn about appleScript or "our" problems, I don't know.
But I do know that Paul and the others who have complained don't speak for
the rest of the list and certainly don't speak for me.
I find this list to be a wonderful forum for exhanging information,
techniques and opinions.
Seriously, is the inability to display a few characters in email messages
the biggest problem facing us today?
Are we not Scripters? Must we rely on others to solve our little problems?
Couldn't one of us write a script that works around the problem until it's
finally solved? Oh, wait a minute, someone already did...

aggressive.
Well put. In fact I would say it was not Chuq who was being rude or
agressive.
Considering that people have threatened to tell Steve Jobs; have complained
to Sal; have threatened to repeatedly spam him and have publicly and
unfairly accused him of not caring and being rude to customers, I'd say he's
handling things quite well.
