First off, get your QuickKeys sequence to work correctly for you and then
check the option for "Include in QuickKeys menu." It has to be in the keyset
for the application that's going to be active when you fire the script, or
in the universal set.
Then, in your script simply say:

tell application "QuicKeys Backgrounder"
PlayByName "thesequencesname"
end

When first compiled, the script editor needs to know that the backgrounder
app is in your System:Prefs:QuickKeys:Backgrounders
