Hey, why not setup a secondary partition or disk with OS 9.x? None around?

and while that won't hold a fully-functional System Folder, it's enough to
create a minimal OS 9 boot volume where you can register for iTools, and
there's plenty of info on how to use iTools with an 8.x OS...
