With the help of Jon Pugh, I believe that all outstanding issues with
OSA Menu and Mac OS 9.1/CarbonLib has been addressed - HOWEVER, I'd
like to have some public testing before making an official build,
so...

DEVELOPMENT version of JUST the OSA Menu extension. If you are
already an OSA Menu user and are experiencing specific problems with
Mac OS 9.1 and/or Carbon applications _AND_ have experience testing
software (ie. I don't need to hold your hand), then PLEASE grab
yourself a copy of the extension, install it, and report whether it
does (or does not) fix the problem(s) that you've been experiencing.
