PhotoScripter and JPEG

I am using PhotoScripter to convert a TIFF file into JPEG format. This works
all very well and good. After doing the conversion I am FTP'ing the file
over to a Windows Based FTP Server with Fetch 3.0.3., using all the
appropriate parameters to do so.

What is at issue is being able to open the JPEG file with a browser
(Netscape or Explorer) on a Windows Machine, heck, I'm even having
difficulty opening it on a Mac. with those browsers.

The only success I have had with this is if I perform the operation manually
using Photoshop 6.0 where the program presents you with additional
parameters to save the file with only image data. this seems to work o.k. I
know those parameters are present in the dictionary for Photoshop but when I
incorporate them into my script, I still can't seem to have the same
problem.

Anyone ever seen this one, or have any ideas?
