Hi, Charles. I smiled a lot at your comment. Another unsatisfied BT
customer, I take it.

There was a damning report in last week's unfortunately-named dot.com
Telegraph supplement about how BT is shamelessly favouring BT Openworld
customers, in flagrant disregard of it's 'first-come, first-served' remit.
(And even the favoured few are getting a pretty bum deal, it seems.)

Lucky ol' me already had an NTL cable TV line installed. My new cable modem
(ahh! this is how the internet was meant to be!) was up and running a week
after I placed the order. #19.99 a month, all in. But you didn't need to
know that, did you... I'm sorry. I'll go away now.
