We're doing it again...
For several years, a number of people, both customers and members of
the scripting community, have asked me, "When are you going to offer
something beyond the beginner level?" So after teaching beginning
classes for five years, in November 1999, I began offering the
AppleScript Intensive workshop, and we did it again twice this past
spring. (I've also been getting requests for classes for beginners.)
There are two broad ways to learn in a classroom setting. One is to
take a traditional structured, scripted course that is consistent
every time it is delivered - I call this "information data transfer".
The other is through an interactive workshop where the work is
determined more by the particular participants -- the Intensive falls
into this category.
This is your invitation to participate in this experience: The AppleScript
Intensive -- a 4-day collective and interactive experience of
scripting designed to deepen your scripting skills, knowledge and
expertise. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn and grow from
both me and from other scripters.
