Program Linking

I don't know when it happened but there seems to be something broken with Program Linking and Mac OS 9.0.4.

For some reason 'set program linking to true' toggles program linking instead of turning it on so you have to use 'if (program linking) is false then set program linking to true' instead.

Also, there doesn't seem to be any way to determine whether linking with IP is on or not but turning program linking on with a script shows the url in the File Sharing dialog. I'll test further.
